3. Mobile App Check-in

First of all you will be received 2 bar code scanner from SMS to scan for identify your ticket and print the ticket for you.

Self Check-in Rules :
1.Duration of Self Check-in: Air Asia Airlines (Flight Number: AK/FD/QZ/PQ) Can check-in until 1 hour before boarding time, but flight(X) (Flight Number: D7) can check-in before boarding time 4 hours
2.Be on time on the entrance: After self check-in you must reach the airport before the boarding time because you have to spend more time to immigrant counter and wait for boarding time in front of the gate, since the entrance will be closing before boarding time 20 minutes
3.Be on time on bagging counter: In order to loading baggage please concern that the baggage will be open before flight off time about 60 minutes for the flight inside the country but across the country will be open before boarding time for 45 minutes for flight code:(AK/FD/QZ/PQ/I5) For Air Asia X the counter will be close before the time 60 minutes
*For klia2 Airport check-in counter will be open before take-off 60 minutes for both International and inside country flight
4.Some of passenger might be failed in self check-in: Passenger who was disable(not normal) or specially needs help please check-in at counter, for the group more than 10 passengers in same booking code please check-in online or check-in at counter.
5.For passenger who go to Australia : Self Check-in the card will show “THIS IS NOT A BOARDING PASS” (This is not a ticket) this card not a ticket to entrance the plane, passenger must go to the counter to check the document and loading baggage so that passenger will get the ticket to entrance the plane
